Founded in 2020, Fleur Fairfax jewellery is a celebration of the sensational society and style of the Georgian and Victorian eras. Through a curated collection of singular antiques, and their Regency Revival modern line, the beauty and ebullience of these bygone ages comes back to life.
The collections express the beauty and tradition of historic English jewellery. Fleur Fairfax pieces make just as compelling a statement of individual style now as they did for the original 18th and 19th Century women and men, they first adorned. Fleur Fairfax jewels are artefacts that connect you to the past, at the same time looking brilliantly modern – they are exceptional pieces of self-expression that have a story to tell.

British Craftsmanship
Fleur Fairfax believes in the power and the magnificence of jewels already in existence; that by re-imagining antique treasures, less gold and fewer new stones need to be mined. Their dedication to preserving the art and quality of British heritage craft in jewellery is at the heart of Fleur Fairfax design and manufacturing.
Their antique conversions and Regency Revival collection proudly use only 100% recycled gold, and responsibly sourced gemstone materials. All Fleur Fairfax jewellery is designed in Gloucestershire and made in London. Each unique piece is handmade by their expert casting, enamelling, and stone setting partners in London’s historic Hatton Garden.

The Founder

Fleur Fairfax jewellery is the dream second act and a career renaissance for Founder & Director Jane Fleur Strang Steel. Jane grew Fleur Fairfax out of a love of the Georgian age, a life-long passion for antique jewellery, and eventually the study of Gemmology. Jane’s mission is to revive the craftsmanship and skills.
Jane grew Fleur Fairfax out of a love of the Georgian age, a life-long passion for antique jewellery and eventually the study of Gemmology. Jane’s dedication to the Georgian ethos is the spirit of Fleur Fairfax jewellery – poetry, prosperity, sentiment, and style.
She says, “I am reviving Georgian treasures; modernising while keeping that direct link to the past. What would these originals look like if they were being designed today? What might be retained and what might differ? How would the concept evolve utilising contemporary materials and techniques? And how can I make this piece of history relevant once again? These are the questions I ask of each item I wish to reimagine, and the journey begins from there.”
