At ESTILA we deal with each return on individual basis. If you are not perfectly happy with your item we are here to help. We can either offer you a full refund or exchange, where possible. Customers have a 14 day period in which to contact us to request a refund or return. Once 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange unless it is a subject to ESTILA discretion and will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Some types of products are exempt from being returned including magazines, gift cards and digital / downloadable products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please send us an email with a photo of the damaged product.

Shipping returns

To return your product, we advise you to send it via tracked postal service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
