Curated alongside luxury floating apartment experts Waterpod, Lutra is a limited-edition series of two-bedroom and three-bedroom floating homes that combine bold design, eco-conscious materials and breathtaking Dorset lakefront views, exclusively available at Silverlake.

Named after England’s only native otter, Lutra is a houseboat designed to harmonise with its surroundings, offering a serene and comfortable retreat at the water’s edge. But Lutra also nods to innovation, representing the most advanced and refined houseboat ever created by the apartment company, setting a new benchmark for floating living and connection to the outdoors.

Shio represents the pinnacle of sustainable floating architecture. This sculptural two-bedroom floating home is designed for comfortable, everyday living while providing a sense of understated luxury. Tactile materials have been carefully chosen to evoke a warm, timeless aesthetic, while a seamless indoor-outdoor layout and generous deck invite slow mornings and golden-hour evenings by the lake.
