Cadrega Interiors recently transformed the spare room in a young professional’s Victorian house in Peckham, London, into a cozy and inviting guest space.
Drawing inspiration from Peckham’s vibrant artsy vibe, interior designer Celeste Conte opted for bold colours on the walls to infuse the space with energy, while maintaining balance with neutral tones in the curtains, handmade in Norwich. The focal point of the room was a headboard that was upholstered with a fun stripy fabric, adding a personalised touch to the space. Additionally, the incorporated vintage pieces of furniture lend a unique character to the room too.

The goal of this project was to create a welcoming and distinctive space that would make guests feel right at home. As Celeste says: “I believe the juxtaposition of bold and neutral tones, along with the incorporation of vintage elements, achieved this goal beautifully.”
