In amidst bustling, cosmopolitan and vibrant Islington, ArtCan is offering a moment of stillness. A  chance to meet ArtCan’s artists work, and enjoy the celebration and  conversations art can provide within a fast-paced society. 50 ArtCan artists are  featured, working across a variety of media including painting, sculpture, textiles, drawing, photography, ceramics and printmaking.

We are delighted to announce that the charity The Artist’s Window has gifted ArtCan a gallery space in the former Bella Italia restaurant for 2 months to showcase artists, host events, talks and networking events as well as being open for visitors by appointment during the exhibition run.

About ArtCan

The exhibitions complement the work of established galleries by enabling talent to gain experience and skills. ArtCan work with galleries, but also seeks new spaces where art  becomes a part of everyday life and with the aim of involving audiences in an organic and personal way.
