Imogen Heath new collection sheer fabrics as featured by estila

Imogen Heath launches sheer fabrics into her collection, as the latest extension of her ever-growing range of luxury textiles.

To bring her vision to life, Imogen partnered with one of the last lace mills in Scotland, a company that has been perfecting its art for over a century. It’s a collaboration that goes beyond aesthetics—both Imogen and the mill share a deep respect for traditional techniques, and together they’ve created something truly special.

A real celebration of craftsmanship the collection pairs the elegance of lace-making tradition with Heath’s contemporary design sensibility. Designed to transform how we think about sheer fabrics this new collection brings a fresh take on traditional textiles, offering new ways to bringsubtle, earthy tones, playful geometrics, and delicate botanical patterns into the home.

From contemporary cafe curtains to statement floor to ceiling window treatments, these artisanal fabrics could be conceived not just for windows, but soft and tactile room dividers and more.

What truly sets these fabrics apart is the meticulous process behind them. The expertise in lace-making, passed down through generations, ensures that each sheer panel is crafted with unparalleled precision. The Madrass technique used is a unique technique that cuts the woven yarns,to create a luxuriously soft, tactile texture. It’s a rare skill in today’s world and a key element that makes this collection so luxurious.
