Imogen Heath introduces new Anni stripe colourways

Imogen Health introduces five new colourways in their Anni Stripe fabric. A long-standing favourite in the collection, this design has been reimagined in a palette of rich, grounded tones: Tide, Sienna, Mallard, Brick, and Clover.

Originally hand-painted in the Imogen Heath studio, Anni Stripe brings a softness to geometric pattern, with expressive, painterly lines that nod to woven structure while embracing a freer rhythm.While the design draws on the visual language of textile pioneers like Anni Albers, it is distinctly rooted in Imogen’s own approach to colour and form, celebrating craft, structure and spontaneity in equal measure.

These new colourways build on the strength of the existing palette of Rose, Indigo, Olive and Garden Green, introducing earthy reds, leafy greens, and muted coastal tones that are perfectly suited to upholstery, drapery, or soft furnishings.

Printed on oatmeal linen, the fabric captures the natural texture of the cloth and the expressive quality of the original artwork.

Mallard

Mallard explores a palette of fresh teals and soft blues, brought to life through hand painted stripes that retain the character and texture of the original artwork. The mix of deep green blue and lighter sea tones creates a sense of rhythm and clarity, sitting with ease against the warmth of the oat linen ground.

Clover

Clover plays with a range of leafy greens, from fresh herbaceous tones to deeper, woodland shades. The hand-painted stripes give the fabric a natural softness and variation, revealing the brushwork within the pattern and lending a sense of movement.

Sienna

Sienna brings warmth and earthiness to the collection, defined by its gentle structure and hand painted lines. The layered sienna browns and muted clay tones carry the marks of the brush, giving the pattern a crafted, tactile feel that softens its geometry.

Tide

Tide introduces a cool, grounded palette to the Anni Stripe family.Deep marine and soft blue grey tones move across the oat linen ground, shaped by hand painted stripes that bring a subtle softness to the geometric structure.

Brick

Brick introduces a grounded, earthy red to the Anni Stripe collection.The hand painted lines show the texture of the brush, softening the graphic structure and lending a sense of depth to the pattern. Shades of terracotta and baked clay sit warmly against the oat linen ground, bring- ing richness to the fabric.

Imogen Heath, a British designer based in Brighton, UK, specialises in pattern, colour, and beautifully crafted textiles for interiors. Her studio creates textiles, wallpaper, and embroidery for residential and commercial spaces. Heath’s collections can be found in international showrooms in the US, Canada, Australia and London.

Inspired by her surroundings and personal connections to the outdoors, architecture, and design, Imogen Heath has been working with pattern, prints, and design for interiors for the last ten years.
