All The Shapes Tile and Co opens a new eco-friendly design hub for architects and interior designers

All The Shapes Tile and Co., a retailer supplying design materials from innovative, leading brands, has opened an eco-friendly hub for architects and interior designers at King Edward Triangle, Liverpool Waters.

The 9,000 sq ft showroom aims to be at the forefront of material innovation and the sustainable design movement and offers an exciting architecture and design destination for the North West region.

Founder James Lambert’s vision was to create a ‘future conscious’ space that inspires creativity and sustainability. It is aimed at architects, interior designers, contractors, property developers, and the general public.

All The Shapes Tile and Co, which has joined the vibrant and thriving community of businesses now based at King Edward Triangle, plans to host inspiring talks and workshops that will educate people and help their customers to make more informed choices from an ecological and sustainable point of view.

The business imports and supplies bespoke indoor and outdoor, porcelain and ceramic tiles, and other surface collections, from around the world. It also provides a unique resource centre to find materials, products and finishes for design projects, commercial properties and homes. Whether it’s the best of ceramic or porcelain tile collections, green environments, wallpapers, furniture, lighting, bathrooms, bedroom or kitchen solutions, All The Shapes can source it all, under one roof.

“We want to enrich the debate and foster a legacy surrounding sustainability in the design industry. Achieving this requires makers and manufacturers that are willing to take a considered approach to sustainability and at All The Shapes and Co we make it our mission to find them for our customers and clients.

Through our online resources and unique showroom, we aim to inspire creativity whilst offering the opportunity for aspirational material suppliers to connect on their projects.

Our commitment to every project is the same; to provide the best product and service solutions to our many and varied clients, from commercial and residential developers to architects and interior designers, contractors and sub-contractors, and private clients.

We partner with and promote materials manufacturers who set high standards for energy efficiency within their own operations. These include brands offering surfaces, furniture, and space-enhancing solutions, as well as interior and exterior building materials. The designs and styles are endless, including neutral and bold colours, luxury, marbles, slates, limestones, terrazzo, granites, 3D shapes, metallics, patterns, fabric and wood effects.”

ABOUT KING EDWARD TRIANGLE

King Edward Triangle is a mixed-use commercial, retail and residential neighbourhood which provides a pivotal link between Liverpool Waters, Liverpool’s Central Business District and the city centre.

The thriving neighbourhood, which is home to a wide range of trading estate businesses alongside a strong leisure offering, has proved popular due to its location and proximity to the transformation of the city’s northern docks and the area’s improved infrastructure and public transport links.

The businesses based at King Edward Triangle provide a vital link between the city centre and our iconic and transforming waterfront at Liverpool Waters. And they are a key part of our vision to create a sustainable mixed-use waterfront that will bring life back to the historic docklands and attract new residents, businesses and visitors.

The King Edward Triangle is part of Peel L&P portfolio. Peel L&P is an ambitious regeneration business which owns and manages 12 million sq ft of property and 20,000 acres of land and water across the UK, with a total portfolio value of over £2.5 billion.

Established in 1972, it has generations of history, heritage and expertise and is responsible for some of the most transformational projects in the country including The Trafford Centre, Peel Waters’ MediaCity and Peel NRE’s Protos energy and resource hub in Cheshire.

Other Peel Waters regeneration sites include Liverpool Waters, Wirral Waters, Trafford Waters, Manchester Waters, Glasgow Waters and Chatham Waters with a development pipeline of around 30,000 homes, 10 million sq ft of commercial space and circa 160 acres of public realm over the next 20 to 25 years.

As part of The Peel Group, it strives to make a positive impact on people’s lives and is a key partner in helping central and local Government tackle unemployment, reach net zero carbon targets, solve the housing crisis and level-up the country’s regions to improve the prosperity, climate resilience and health and wellbeing of communities.

Peel L&P has accelerated its action towards addressing climate change and biodiversity loss, and its five-year sustainability plan is aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. It was also the first company in the UK to third party verify buildings as net zero carbon, as defined by the UK Green Building Council.

Peel L&P’s specialisms include large-scale mixed-use regeneration schemes, residential, retail, industrial and logistics, hospitality & leisure, and low carbon energy development.
