Bathroom in style
There are many areas in your home where you can cheat a bit by saving some pennies on products, which are not worth the splash. However, bathrooms are definitely not in that category. They need to be practical, functional but stylish too. High quality is a must. Here is how to do a bathroom in style.
This stunning bathroom furniture was just brought to my attention and it really spoke to me with its clean lines, elegant shapes and its timeless and highly versatile design. Inspired by mid-century styles, Laura Ashley Bathroom Collection’s stunning new Monograph range will definitely bring a cool and contemporary vibe to your bathroom, if you are looking for one.
Featuring sleek lines, Monograph basin units come in two finishes of light clay and gloss white. They can be either wall mounted to free up the floor space or fitted with the coordinating, elegant leg set to create a statement freestanding look. They both are available in two sizes of 600mm and 800mm, and the units have a mitred frame which houses two soft close drawers with discreet, integrated chrome handles. To help with organising small bathroom products, there are two useful internal drawer dividers, which come with a matching lid.
I don’t how I could have missed this one but Laura Ashley launched their first bathroom collection in 2014 in partnership with Roper Rhodes, which is quite big on the UK bathroom market. They design and make their products in the UK but also work with talented people across the world. I also like that they are eco-friendly and recycle most of the waste they create. Plus they use mainly FSC timber!! I think many manufacturers should follow the lead.
